My approach goes beyond traditional therapy and problem solving, many of the traditional approaches focus on the What, what happened to the person, what is their life like because of it. They focus on the content.  In my work and the reason why I get clients results and transformation quickly is that we are not going to focus so much on the what as we are on how. How is it showing up in your life? By focusing on the HOW, clients get significant changes without having to relive their negative experiences.
