Each week, we will convene for 2-3 hour sessions.
Alongside our weekly meetings, you will be given assignments. These tasks are designed to gather insights and facilitate the development of new behaviors, thought processes, strategies, and more.
These personalized plans are available for 3, 6, or 12 months. While similar to the Breakthrough program, they are specifically designed to enhance a particular area of your life, such as career, relationships, family, personal growth, health, or spirituatlity. These plans will involve identifying and addressing obstacles, followed by a transition to goal-oriented strategies.
Session frequency can vary based on individual needs.
